In this application, the customer required we palletize medium and large woven polypropylene bags of
high quality beans onto a variety of pallet styles, including "pusher" pallets for container loading.
The cell was built into the customer's unheated wharehouse space by creating an insulated packing room for
the equipment. Hartwick Sales and Opus supplied the complete line from beans to pallets including filling,
weighing, sewing head, kicker/turner, full bag conveyor, palletizing robot, tier-sheet handling,
and pallet handling.
